Jared Snyder, PTA
Jared Snyder is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who has dedicated his life to providing exceptional care to members of his community. Born and raised in Sandy, Utah, Jared discovered his passion for physical therapy at an early age. He was fascinated by the way the human body worked and how it could heal itself through proper rehabilitation.
Jared's educational journey began at the University of Utah, where studied Exercise Science. This degree laid the foundation for his future career in physical therapy. He then attended Pima Medical Institute and received an associate's degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant in 2012. He then passed his licensure examination in 2012 as well.
After graduation, Jared started working in Arizona as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Although he enjoyed working in Arizona, he felt a calling to return to his hometown of Sandy, Utah, to provide care to members of his community.
Jared's specialty as a Physical Therapist Assistant is in working with patients of all ages. He does particularly enjoy working with athletes, shoulder & elbow injuries, and patients with diagnoses impacting the hips, knees, and ankle/foot.
His experience as a baseball player at the University of Utah as a catcher and pitcher, combined with his education, has given him a unique understanding of the mechanics and challenges that athletes face. Jared's expertise in the field has made him an invaluable resource to his patients.
Outside of work, Jared enjoys spending time with his wife and watching his three kids play sports. He also loves boating and hunting, and these hobbies keep him grounded and connected to the natural world.
